KASE 101 Grant-A-Wish Radiothon
Every year you, as the KASE 101 extended family come together to raise vital funds to make the wishes of central Texas kids comes true. These wishes go a long way in bringing joy, hope and strength to the lives of kids facing life-threatening medical conditions.

The History of the KASE 101 Grant A Wish Radiothon:
What originally began with the KASE 101 Penny-A-Thon has grown leaps and bounds and is now the KASE 101 Grant-A-Wish Radiothon, happening every year in February, benefiting the Make A Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas.

About Make A Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas:
The Central & South Texas chapter has granted more than 2,300 wishes since it was founded in 1984. During fiscal year 2007, our volunteers and donors made it possible for 195 children in our area to experience the magic of a wish. Children from 40 counties in the central and southern regions of Texas benefit from the efforts of this chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. **Clear Channel Radio’s KASE 101’s Grant-A-Wish Radiothon Breaks Fundraising Record
Austin, TX – Clear Channel radio station KASE 101 recently raised over $306,000 with its annual Grant-A-Wish radiothon, a record total in the event’s 17-year history. For two days, listeners called the station phone bank to become “wish makers”, pledging to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas.
