I'm from Chicago and met my wife in college an hour south of Chicago in a town called Kankakee. We did our little on again, off again, long distance relationship stuff until we finally got married in Vegas Dec of '04. It wasn't an Elvis Drive Thru kinda wedding, but a real one at the Bellagio. We have 3 cats (Spud, Alien, and Ringo) and our 2 yr old named Liam, who is gonna have a brother end of May! LOVE "The Office" and "Family Guy." I think I've kinda had enough of the reality shows but I think people still like em so I'll keep talking about them.

Big Lead Sports says Carrie Underwood will replace Faith Hill and sing the new Sunday Night Football theme for NBC

Clara Henningsen — who is one-third of the hot new country trio the Henningsens — married the man of her dreams in a simple outdoor ceremony in her hometown of Atwood, Ill. on Saturday (May 4).
The 23-year-old musician met Jacob Calaway in Septemer of 2011 during a trip to Florida’s gulf coast. “A mutual friend introduced us one night when we were all hanging out on the beach,” Henningsen tells People magazine. “I had my guitar and they asked me to play some music, so I sang the song my dad and I wrote for the Band Perry, ‘All Your Life.’ Later Jacob told me that the friend that introduced us kind of nudged him and said, ‘Dude, she’s totally singing right to you!’ I admit, I kind of was! So that became our song.”

Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood reached the top of the charts with their hit single, "Remind Me." Now, someone is trying to remind them that it might not have been their song to record.
Dallas songwriter Amy Bowen, who once lived in Nashville, claims that Brad and Carrie stole their number one song from her and she is now suing them. The Nashville City Paper is saying that Bowen told them she wrote the song in 2007 and copyrighted it in 2008. She also claims that she played the song 19 times in public and that John Kelley Lovelace and Charles Christopher Dubois, co-writes along with Brand and Carrie, heard Bowen sing the song at a workshop.
Bowen is claiming that the songs are "substantially" similar and is looking to get $10 million in damages

If you own a smartphone, you have had power anxiety: Will you make it through the day? Did you remember to bring a charging cable? The ChargeCard from BiteMyApple can help; it is an Android and iPhone (4&5) charger that fits in your wallet. It is a tiny bit thicker than a regular credit card but it handily fits in even the thinnest billfolds. One end plugs into your phone’s power port and the other goes into a USB outlet. May new cars have USB ports for power and so do computers, but if you want to plug into a socket, you’ll need a USB AC adapter.
