If you answered “yes” to all of the above, we want to talk to you about becoming part of Clear Channel Radio as our next Sales Assistant. A Sales Assistant’s primary role is to support sales professionals and general sales managers to develop business and grow revenue.
Responsibilities: Support 25 Account Executives and 6 General Sales Managers and help them maximize revenue opportunities by assisting with administrative tasks, creating and maintaining sales resources. You will also assist with the preparation of sales proposals, revenue management, and sales event preparations.
Qualifications: Excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are required, as are the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Position requires superior communication skills and attention to detail. Must be willing to learn new responsibilities and adapt quickly to change.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, 6 months related experience and/or training in a sales environment preferred.
